A salon, spa or individual that excels at client service and makes customers and staff feel welcome and special. An innovative, well-researched and comprehensive menu of treatments, spa packages and services.
Evidence that the salon or spa is working seamlessly with the services and environment to create a customer experience that is second to none from the moment clients arrive until the time they leave. The entrant must have exceptional standards of customer service throughout the business and knowledgeable, motivated and professional staff.
An ongoing, high-quality employee training programme as well as an understanding of the importance of a hygienic practice must also be in evidence. Judges are also looking for a point of difference from the competition. As well as an understanding of what sets the salon ,spa or individual apart. Evidence that the business is leading the spa\salon industry forward through the implementation of innovative ideas.
Ultimately the winner will be the salon\spa or individual that not only demonstrates all of the above but also provides a professional and top-quality service that together make it stand out from the competition.
