    The competition is open to all UK-based businesses and professionals operating within the hair, beauty, and wellness industry. Entrants must meet the specific criteria outlined for their chosen category.
  3. How do I enter?
    To enter:
  • Visit our website and select the category that best represents your business.
  • Submit the entry fee of £19.99.

  • You can enter is as many categories as you wish.
  1. What is included in the entry fee?
    The initial entry fee of £19.99 covers your participation and evaluation by our judging panel. Finalists will have the option to upgrade to one of our packages, which may include additional benefits such as trophies, certificates, or promotional materials.
  2. What are the competition packages?
    Finalists can choose from the following packages:
  • Elite Package (£19.99): Basic benefits for finalists.
  • Diamond Package (£36.98): Includes a digital certificate and additional branding tools.
  • Prestigious Package (£69.99): Top-tier package with marketing assets.
  • Ultra Prestigious Plus: Includes all benefits from the Prestigious Package plus a bespoke trophy.
  1. Can I submit multiple entries?
    Yes, you can submit entries for multiple categories. However, each entry requires a separate payment of £19.99.
  2. How are winners selected?
    Winners are selected by an independent judging panel based on the evidence provided and the criteria for each category.
  3. When will the winners be announced?
    Winners will be revealed during the online awards ceremony. Entrants will receive details and an invitation closer to the event date.

Supporting Evidence

  1. What kind of evidence do I need to submit?
    You will need to provide:
  • High-quality images of your work or business.
  • Testimonials or reviews from clients.
  • Detailed descriptions of your achievements relevant to your category.
  1. When is the deadline to submit evidence?
    Supporting evidence must be submitted within 4 weeks of payment confirmation.
  2. How should I submit my evidence?
    Evidence should be uploaded directly through the link provided in your confirmation email. Ensure all files are clear, legible, and adhere to the submission guidelines.

Results and Feedback

  1. Are the judges’ decisions final?
    Yes, all decisions made by the judging panel are final. We do not accept appeals or challenges to the results. Abusive behaviour or questioning of results may result in disqualification and a ban from future competitions.
  2. Will I receive feedback on my entry?
    Feedback is not guaranteed but may be provided at the judges’ discretion.

Packages and Awards

  1. What do winners receive?
    Winners will receive: – depending on chosen package.
  • A winner’s badge for social media.
  • A certificate (physical or digital depending on your package).
  • A trophy (available with the Ultra Prestigious Plus package or as an additional purchase).
  1. When will I receive my certificate or trophy?
  • Digital Certificates: Sent within 72 hours of the ceremony.
  • Physical Certificates & Trophies: Dispatched within 1–6 weeks of the ceremony.
  1. Can I purchase additional trophies or certificates?
    Yes, additional trophies and certificates can be purchased via our online shop.

 

 

Online Shop

  1. How do I place an order in your shop?
    Select the items you wish to purchase (trophies, banners, decals, etc.), customize them as required, and complete payment at checkout.
  2. What are the delivery times for shop orders?
    Delivery times are as follows:
  • Trophies: 20–30 working days.
  • Decals: 15–20 working days.
  • Banners: 20–30 working days.
    Working days are Tuesday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.
  1. Can I return items purchased in the shop?
    Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product does not meet our quality standards.
  2. What happens if my order is delayed or lost?
    We will assist in liaising with the courier to resolve the issue. Once items leave our premises, responsibility lies with the courier service.

Payment and Klarna

  1. Can I pay using Klarna?
    Yes, we offer Klarna’s “Pay in 3 interest-free instalments” option. Eligibility and terms are determined by Klarna.
  2. How does Klarna’s payment option work?
    Your purchase is divided into 3 equal payments:
  • The first payment is made at checkout.
  • The second and third payments are collected 30 and 60 days later, respectively.
  1. What happens if I miss a Klarna payment?
    Klarna will notify you and attempt to collect the payment again within 2 days. If payment remains unpaid, Klarna may issue a statement for the outstanding balance.
