To enter the competition, you must pay an entry fee of £19.99 per category entered. You can enter as many categories as you wish, but a separate payment is required for each category. The entry fee is non-refundable once paid, and no cooling-off period is applicable, in accordance with competition laws. - Finalist Selection and Upgrade Options
Once shortlisted, finalists will be contacted and invited to the Online Ceremony. All finalists will be listed on our website and will receive a badge for social media to showcase their achievement. Any items included in the upgraded packages will be sent together within 1-6 weeks after the online ceremony. - Winners and Awards
Winners will receive a certificate, which will be sent to the preferred address within 1-6 weeks after the online ceremony. Digital certificates will be sent within 72 hours of the ceremony. You may also be invited to submit photos of you holding the certificate for use in promotional material.
Please note, a certificate is not included in the basic finalist entry. However, there is an option to purchase a digital or physical certificate from our store. - No Refunds
Once the entry fee has been paid for any category, no refunds will be issued. If you choose to withdraw or are disqualified for any reason, there will be no refund of your entry fee. - Judging Criteria
Judges will assess entries based on the supporting evidence provided, which must be submitted by the deadline. The judging process is conducted fairly and based on the criteria set out for each category. Judges are instructed to focus on the quality of the business, innovation, client retention, customer service, and professionalism. Any evidence submitted late or not at all will not be considered. - Abuse and Questioning of Results
The decisions of the judges are final. The Organiser does not entertain any form of abuse, harassment, or disrespectful questioning of the results. Any participant who engages in inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to abusive language or behaviour towards the Organiser, judges, or other participants, will be disqualified and banned from future competitions. We take all allegations seriously, but participants must understand that the judging process is based on the criteria outlined, and any challenges to the results will not be entertained. - Entry Responsibilities
